About the job

Duke of Tokyo has a fun and creative cocktail menu filled with our very own signature cocktails using a variety of flavours and techniques. We make all ingredients in house and work with a great back bar of spirits, wines and sakes so there is always something new to learn about.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced bartender that loves shaking, stirring, building and serving cocktails to our guests. You should have a strong passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy being creative behind the bar and learning about new spirits and drinks. You should be a quick learner and work well under pressure and thrive in a busy atmosphere.
