About the job

At Duke of Tokyo, we’re proud to serve our unique and playful signature cocktails, which we make with care using a variety of flavours and techniques. With a back bar full of spirits, wines, and sakes, there’s always something new to discover!

We’re looking for an experienced bartender (or someone who’s newer to the game but a fast learner with the right attitude) who enjoys shaking, stirring, building, and serving great cocktails. You should have a genuine passion for hospitality, love getting creative behind the bar, and be curious about new spirits and drinks. Being quick on your feet, cool under pressure, and thriving in a busy atmosphere are all part of the gig.

• You have a passion for spirits, drinks & hospitality.

• You’re open to learning new skills, and share trade secrets.

• You're based in the Netherlands.

• You're flexible (in terms of working hours, not yoga).

• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as and when needed.
