At Duke of Tokyo, we’re proud to serve our unique and playful signature cocktails, crafted with care using a variety of flavors and techniques. With a back bar stocked full of spirits, wines, and sakes, there’s always something new to discover!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Barback/Bartender who’s eager to learn and grow in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. This hybrid role means you’ll be supporting the bar team as a barback while also taking on bartender shifts as you develop your skills. Being quick on your feet, cool under pressure, and thriving in a busy atmosphere are all part of the role.
As part of our team, you’ll:
Support our bartenders during barback shifts, keeping the bar running smoothly.
Take on bartender shifts, gaining experience crafting cocktails and serving guests.
Learn from some of the most skilled bartenders in the industry.
Build your knowledge and sharpen your skills in a dynamic bar environment.

About you
You enjoy working in hospitality
You are a problem solver, a quick thinker and a real team player
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize and communicate with your colleagues
You’re eager to learn new skills and knowledge
You're based in the Netherlands
You're flexible (in terms of working hours, not yoga)
You're available to work mainly weekend nights and potentially on holidays, as and when needed
