Duke of Tokyo is looking for an enthusiastic and creative B2B Sales Manager to bring companies, large groups, and events to our unique cocktail & karaoke bars!

Full-time · Amsterdam, Utrecht & Rotterdam

About the job


As our B2B Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Duke of Tokyo for businesses and large groups. You’ll ensure our venues become the go-to choice for corporate events, birthday parties, Friday afternoon drinks, meetings, and more!

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively approaching businesses and organizations to establish collaborations.

  • Developing creative concepts and packages tailored to clients’ needs.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Enhancing the positioning of Duke of Tokyo as the top venue for groups and events.

  • Analyzing results and reporting to continuously improve our sales strategy.

About you

  • A big dose of enthusiasm and persuasive energy.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales or account management role.

  • A network in the corporate market is a big plus (especially in Rotterdam).

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.

  • Creativity to come up with and execute new ideas.

  • Passion for hospitality and entertainment.
